- 1 c. rice (not Minute rice)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 6 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Wash rice and combine all ingredients except vanilla in a large pan.

2Bring to a boil until foam on top (white).

3Cut heat to low. Cover pan and cook for approximately 1 hour, stirring often.

4After rice is done, add vanilla.
