- 2 c. rice (instant)
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 egg
- 3/4 stick margarine
- 1/2 c. milk
- handful of raisins
Directions

1Melt margarine in a casserole dish.

2Add rice to two cups of boiling water and set aside.

3Beat egg slightly; stir in sugar, vanilla, milk and raisins and add rice.

4Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
