- 2 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Directions

1In a saucepan, heat milk and butter to a boil.

2Remove from heat; stir in cooked rice and raisins.

3In a bowl, add eggs and beat well.

4Stir in sugar and vanilla.

5Combine rice mixture and egg mixture.

6Pour into greased 1-1/2 quart baking dish.

7Sprinkle cinnamon and nutmeg over the top.

8Bake at 350° for 45 minutes, or until firm.

9Yield 4 to 6 servings.
