  • 4 large eggs, separated
  • dash of salt
  • 1/4 C heavy cream
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 2 T powdered sugar
  • 2 German sweet chocolate bars
  • 2 T water

    1. Melt chocolate and water in double boiler.

    2. Beat egg yolks slightly with a fork.

    3. Remove chocolate and stir until melted and smooth.

    4. Add cream, salt, and vanilla.

    6. Stir in egg yolks.

    7. Beat egg whites until foamy. Gradually beat in sugar. Beat until stiff peaks.

    8. Fold chocolate into mixture. Put in cups.
