- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Combine rice, sugar, cinnamon, butter or vanilla in baking dish.

2Bake in moderate oven (350°) for 20 minutes.

3Stir gently and bake 20 minutes longer until creamy thick.

4Serve warm or cold with cream if desired.
