- 1 qt. milk
- 1/2 c. raw rice
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 2 Tbsp. milk
Directions

1Combine first five ingredients in a large saucepan and bring to boil over medium/high heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon.

2Turn heat to low and cook until rice is softened, about 30 minutes.

3Remove from heat.

4Blend beaten egg and 2 tablespoons of milk in small bowl.

5Pour into Rice Pudding; blend well.

6Pour in serving dish and chill before serving.

7Sprinkle with cinnamon.
