Ingredients

  • 1 c. rice, cooked until soft (do not drain)
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 c. sugar (more or less to taste)
  • 1/2 can Carnation evaporated milk
  • 2 c. milk

Directions

    Add sugar to other ingredients.

    Add cooked rice and bring to a boil, stirring constantly to thicken rice.

    Pour into bowl. Sprinkle with cinnamon and refrigerate.
