  • 20 g. sugar
  • salt and lemon peel to taste
  • 125 g. round grained rice

    Bring the milk to a boil.

    Add sugar and lemon peel next.

    Stir and return to the boil.

    Leave oven on low heat to absorb the milk.

    approximately 40 minutes.

    Add melted brown butter, sugar and cinnamon.
