- 2 c. long grain rice
- 1/2 gal. milk
- 1 c. sugar
- 6 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Combine rice, milk and sugar in a large pot and cook on top of stove until most liquid is absorbed.

2Beat eggs in a bowl and add vanilla.

3Pour rice mixture into a 9 x 13-inch dish.

4Pour egg mixture over rice and mix thoroughly.

5Sprinkle with cinnamon. Refrigerate 4 to 6 hours.
