  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • 1 c. fine breadcrumbs
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 c. milk

Directions

    Melt butter in loaf pan or cooking dish.

    Mix in all the rest of the ingredients, saving the milk and vanilla until last.

    Bake at 350° for approximately 45 minutes (uncovered).
