  • 2/3 c. Minute rice
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 2 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. oleo
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 Tbsp. milk

Directions

    Mix first 6 ingredients.

    Bring to a boil and cook 20 minutes over low heat.

    Stir frequently.

    Beat egg yolk with 2 tablespoons of milk and add slowly to hot rice.

    Stir fast and remove from heat.
