  • 1/3 c. rice
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • nutmeg to taste
  • cinnamon to taste
  • 3 c. milk
  • 2/3 c. heavy cream
  • butter

Directions

    Put rice in buttered dish.

    Add sugar, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon.

    Mix.

    Add milk and mix.

    Add heavy cream and mix.

    Dot top with 2 tablespoons of butter.

    Bake at 300° (slow oven) for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
