  • 1 tsp. vanilla flavor
  • 1 tsp. lemon flavor
  • 1 lb. rice, cooked and drained
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 can milk
  • 1 stick butter
  • 3/4 c. raisins
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • nutmeg, as desired

    Cook rice, separate and drain.

    Add butter while rice is still hot.
