  • 2 c. leftover cooked rice
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. milk

Directions

    Heat milk to boiling.

    Slightly beat eggs, sugar and vanilla; add milk.

    Stir until smooth.

    Add rice, nutmeg and cinnamon. Pour into baking dish.

    Bake at 375° for 25 minutes (or until knife comes out clean).
