- 1 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. milk
Directions

1Heat milk to boiling.

2Slightly beat eggs, sugar and vanilla; add milk.

3Stir until smooth.

4Add rice, nutmeg and cinnamon. Pour into baking dish.

5Bake at 375° for 25 minutes (or until knife comes out clean).
