  • 1 c. cooked rice
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/4 stick butter
  • 2 eggs, separated
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Combine rice, sugar, butter, egg yolks and flavoring.

    Bake at 450° until dry.

    Beat egg whites until stiff.

    Add 1 or 2 tablespoons of sugar and beat until it comes to a peak.
