- 1/2 c. rice
- 1/2 c. sugar*
- 1 egg
- 1 qt. milk*
Directions

1Stir rice, sugar, egg and cinnamon together in a 1 1/2-quart or a 2-quart casserole.

2Then add milk; stir together.

3Sprinkle cinnamon on top.

4Bake at 350° for about an hour (may take longer).

5Check in 45 minutes.

6Stir a little.

7Can add milk if dry or cook longer if it's not thickening.

8It will thicken as it sits after cooking process.
