- 1 c. rice
- 1 stick butter
- 1 tsp. lemon flavoring
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- salt
Directions

1Bring rice, salt and water to a boil. Simmer for 20 minutes. Add butter and let cool for 15 minutes. Mix other ingredients with rice and place in a casserole dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
