  • 1 qt. milk
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. creamed rice
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Bring quart of milk to boil; add rice to milk and keep stirring until it boils.

    In a 2-quart baking dish, beat eggs; add sugar, vanilla and salt.

    Then pour milk mixture into the egg mixture mixing well.

    Bake in hot 450° oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve warm.
