- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/3 c. uncooked rice

1In a saucepan, bring milk to a boil.

3Cover; cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, for 30 minutes, or until most of the milk is absorbed.

4Stir in sugar and vanilla.
