- 1 1/3 c. rice (before being cooked)
- dash of salt
- 1 tsp. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/3 stick butter, beaten well
- 2 or 3 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla flavoring
Directions

1Cook rice until tender and dry.

2Mix all other ingredients and bake at 400° for 40 minutes.

3Will be a little shaky in center when taken out of oven.

4Raisins or coconut may be added, if desired.

5Delicious.
