- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 3 3/4 c. skim milk
- 1/3 c. raisins
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- dash of nutmeg
Directions

1In a 3-quart pot, bring rice, milk, raisins, sugar and salt to a boil.

2Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 25 minutes or until rice is tender.

3Slowly stir in vanilla and cinnamon.

4Add a dash of nutmeg and stir until well mixed.

5Serve with milk for a thinner consistency.
