  • 23 cup rice
  • 14 cup sugar
  • 18 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 egg yolk

Directions

    Mix first six ingredients in a large saucepan over medium heat, bringing to a boil.

    Continue cooking over low heat for 20 minutes, stirring almost constantly.

    Beat egg yolk and milk together, then slowly stir into mixture.

    Remove from heat and serve with cinnamon sugar(optional).
