- 34 cup Minute Rice
- 2 34 cups milk
- 13 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon vanilla
- 14 teaspoon nutmeg
- cinnamon
- sugar
Directions

1Combine Minute Rice, milk, sugar, butter, salt, vanilla and nutmeg in a greased 1 Quart baking dish.

2(I added my almonds and cardamom pods here.)

3Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour.

4Stir after 15 minutes and again when pudding is done.

5Then sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar.

6Serve warm or chilled.

7The pudding will thicken as it stands.
