  • 4 c. milk
  • 1 c. cooked rice
  • 1 egg, well beaten
  • 1 pkg.(4 serving size) vanilla or coconut cream flavor pudding and pie filling
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg

Directions

    Combine cooked rice, milk, pudding mix and egg in saucepan. Stir over medium heat until mixture boils.

    Cool 5 minutes stirring twice.

    Pour into bowl.

    Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
