- 1 qt. skim milk
- 1 c. heavy cream
- 1/2 c. long grain rice
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs or egg substitutes
- raisins to taste
- cinnamon to taste
Directions

1Bring rice, milk, and sugar to boil.

2Simmer for 45 minutes. Then slowly blend in eggs, heavy cream and vanilla which have been beaten together.

3Heat until mixture starts to thicken.

4Add raisins if desired.

5Top with cinnamon.

6Refrigerate.
