Breakfast Cherry Cobbler Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 c. frzn cherries (unsweetened)
  • 3/4 c. Old Fashioned oats
  • 1/2 c. Grape Nuts, Nutty Rice, or possibly Nuggets
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. minced walnuts or possibly pecans
  • 6 ounce. cherry cider or possibly apple cider
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Directions

    In an 8 x 10 inch glass baking dish, sprayed with non stick, spread cherries on bottom (proportionately).

    Sprinkle each dry ingredient proportionately over cherries to create a topping.

    Combine cherry cider and vanilla together and pour proportionately over top.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 min.
