Ingredients

  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. evaporated milk
  • 1/4 c. raisins
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 1/2 c. cooked rice
  • 2 c. milk

Directions

    Add all ingredients. Bake in oven and dot with butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

    Set pan of water in oven while baking. Bake at 425° for 1 hour.

    Check with knife.

    When knife comes out clean, it's done.
