- 8 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 2 c. hot chicken stock
- 1 c. rice
Directions

1Melt in a saucepan 2 tablespoons butter.

2Add and stir until golden brown the 1/2 chopped onion.

3Add and shake until the grains are coated.

4Add hot chicken stock.

5Cover the pot and simmer the rice or bake it in a 375° oven until the liquid is absorbed.

6Add 2 tablespoons melted butter.

7Toss the rice with a fork to distribute it.
