Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen peas cold
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt Lawry's
  • 1/2 cup toasted almonds slivered
  • 1 cup chinese noodles
  • 1 cup minute rice cooked and cooled
  • 1 can shrimp or chicken
  • 1/4 cup green onions chopped
  • 1 cup celery chopped
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder

Directions

    Mix peas, rice, shrimp, onions, and celery.

    Mix dressing ingredients.

    Just before serving, gently fold dressing into rice mixture.
