- 1 cup chinese noodles
- 1 cup minute rice cooked and cooled
- 1 can shrimp or chicken
- 1/4 cup green onions chopped
- 1 cup celery chopped
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
Directions

1Mix peas, rice, shrimp, onions, and celery.

2Mix dressing ingredients.

3Just before serving, gently fold dressing into rice mixture.
