  • 2 c. cooked, chilled rice
  • 1/2 c. chopped King crab or lobster
  • 1/4 c. chopped parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 finely chopped hard-boiled eggs
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped chives
  • 1/2 c. slivered ham
  • 1/2 c. firmly chopped celery
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
