Ingredients

  • 1 c. long grain rice
  • 3 c. water
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 oz. pkg. instant sugar-free orange jello
  • 8 oz. can crushed pineapple (with juice)
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1 can mandarin oranges (without juice)
  • 12 oz. Cool Whip

Directions

    Cook rice in water for 20 minutes.

    Make sure it's dry before adding sugar and jello.

    Cool for 2 hours.

    Then add remaining ingredients.

    Stir just before serving.
