- 1 c. long grain rice
- 3 c. water
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 oz. pkg. instant sugar-free orange jello
- 8 oz. can crushed pineapple (with juice)
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 can mandarin oranges (without juice)
- 12 oz. Cool Whip
Directions

1Cook rice in water for 20 minutes.

2Make sure it's dry before adding sugar and jello.

3Cool for 2 hours.

4Then add remaining ingredients.

5Stir just before serving.
