- 1 small can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 c. grated carrots
- 1 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. walnuts
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. curry powder
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. mayonnaise
