  • 4 c. cooked rice (not instant)
  • 9 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
  • 3 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 6 Tbsp. corn oil
  • 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 3 c. chopped celery
  • 1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
  • 1 pkg. cooked frozen peas

Directions

    Cook rice.

    While rice is hot, stir in onion, vinegar, oil, curry powder and salt.

    Gently add peas.

    Chill.

    After rice mixture is completely cool, add celery and mayonnaise.
