  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • 1/2 green bell pepper
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1/2 large onion
  • 1/2 c. mushrooms
  • 1 carrot
  • 1/2 c. canned sugar peas
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 small pkg. slivered almonds
