- 3 c. rice, cooked and chilled
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 c. celery, diced
- 1 1/4 c. tomatoes, diced
- 1/3 c. green pepper, chopped
Directions

1Put rice in a deep salad bowl.

2In separate bowl combine mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, lemon juice and garlic.

3Spread mixture on top of rice and top with celery, tomatoes and green pepper.

4Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
