Ingredients

  • 3 c. rice, cooked and chilled
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 c. celery, diced
  • 1 1/4 c. tomatoes, diced
  • 1/3 c. green pepper, chopped

Directions

    Put rice in a deep salad bowl.

    In separate bowl combine mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, lemon juice and garlic.

    Spread mixture on top of rice and top with celery, tomatoes and green pepper.

    Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
