  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 Tbsp. fat
  • 1 c. rice
  • 1 c. cooked tomatoes
  • 1 c. water
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Fry onions, pepper and beef in fat; add rice, tomatoes and water.
