- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 3 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, cut fine
- 2 c. celery, diced
- 1 c. mushroom or tomato soup
- 3 tsp. green pepper
- 3 tsp. soy sauce
Directions

1Mix rice, sugar, salt, soy sauce and boiling water; let stand. Brown meat, onions and celery; add soup and combine all ingredients.

2Bake in a greased casserole for 1 1/2 hours at 350°.
