Rice with Black Beans

  • 1 can (19 oz.) condensed black bean soup
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tsp. HEINZ Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves
  • 2 cups MINUTE Brown Rice, uncooked

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except rice in medium saucepan on medium heat.

    Bring to boil.

    Stir in rice; return to boil.

    Reduce heat to low; cover.

    Simmer 5 minutes.

    Remove from heat; stir.

    Cover.

    Fluff with fork.
