  • 2 c. cooked rice (hot)
  • 1/4 c. margarine (or butter)
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 c. broken pecan meats

Directions

    In a medium size casserole with lid, melt the margarine in microwave.

    Add the garlic powder and pecans.

    Cover and heat 20 seconds.
  4. 4
    Stir, then add rice, stir well.

    Replace cover and heat 1 1/2 minutes or longer if rice is cold.
