- 2 c. cooked rice (hot)
- 1/4 c. margarine (or butter)
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 c. broken pecan meats
Directions

1In a medium size casserole with lid, melt the margarine in microwave.

2Add the garlic powder and pecans.

3Cover and heat 20 seconds.

4Stir, then add rice, stir well.

5Replace cover and heat 1 1/2 minutes or longer if rice is cold.
