- 125 g butter
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 5 cups puffed rice cereal
Directions

1Melt butter, sugar and honey in a large saucepan.

2Boil fast for 4 minutes, it will turn a golden colour.

3Mix in the puffed rice, then press into a 8inch square tin lined with foil.

4Cut into squares while still warm, then allow to cool.

5Make your own imaginative additions, like chopped nuts etc.
