- 1/4 ounce gelatin, unflavored unflavored
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 13 cup nutrasweet
- 2 cups whipped topping, prepared light
- 1 x whipped topping, prepared light, for garnish
- 1 x chocolate curls, for garnish
Directions

1Sprinkle gelatin over water in small saucepan; let stand 2 to 3 minutes.

2Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until gelatin is dissolved; cool.

3Stir 1/4 cup of the milk into cocoa to make a paste; gradually stir in remaining milk.

4Stir in gelatin mixture and NutraSweet Spoonful.

5Refrigerate until mixture begins to thicken, 20 to 30 minutes.

6Fold in 2 cups whipped topping.

7Spoon mixture into stemmed glasses or serving bowl.

8Refrigerate 2 to 4 hours.

9To serve, garnish mousse with dollops of whipped topping and chocolate curls.
