  • 14 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon instant espresso powder (optional)
  • 18 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 cups 1% low-fat milk, divided
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 ounces bittersweet chocolate chips (about 1/3 cup)
  • 1 12 teaspoons vanilla extract
