Ingredients
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 1 1/2 c. milk, scalded
- 1/2 c. white sugar
- 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tsp. salt
- 6 1/2 to 7 c. flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water.

2Scald milk and allow to cool and set aside.

3Add to yeast mixture the sugar, oil, eggs and salt. Add scalded milk alternately with flour.

4Mix as you would for any bread dough.

5Allow to rise 2 hours.

6Turn onto floured board and knead until smooth and not sticky.

7Divide dough into 2 loaves and place in greased pans.

8Allow to rise again.

9Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes or golden brown on top.

10This dough may also be used for cinnamon rolls or doughnuts.
