Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. plus 3 Tbsp. unsifted flour
- 3/4 c. cold margarine or butter
- 1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 1/2 c. ReaLemon juice from concentrate
- 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- additional confectioners sugar
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In a medium bowl combine 1 1/2 cups flour and 1/2 cup confectioners sugar.

3Cut in margarine until crumbly.

4Press into bottom of lightly greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.

5Bake 15 minutes.

6Meanwhile in a large bowl combine eggs, granulated sugar, baking powder, ReaLemon and remaining 3 tablespoons flour.

7Mix well.

8Pour over baked crust for 20 to 25 minutes, until lightly browned.

9Cool.
-
10Cut into bars.

11Sprinkle with additional confectioners sugar.

12Store, covered, in refrigerator.
