- 1 1/2 c. plus 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 3/4 c. butter
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 tsp. baking powder
Directions

1In a medium bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups flour and powdered sugar. Cut butter in until crumbly.

2Press onto bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Bake for 15 minutes.

4Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine eggs, sugar, baking powder, lemon juice and remaining 3 tablespoons flour; mix well.

5Pour over baked crust; bake for 20 minutes.

6Cool.

7Sprinkle powdered sugar on top.

8Store in refrigerator.
