- 2 pieces Pork (loin steak)
- 1 Kakakuriko, salt and pepper, oil
- 1 Raw vegetables for garnish (cabbage, daikon radish, cucumber etc)
Directions

1Make incisions in the pork sinew, sprinkle salt and pepper, and coat with katakuriko.

2Place the pork in a heated pan with oil, and fry.

3When browned evenly, transfer to a plate.

4Wipe the oil from the pan with paper towels.
