  • 2 pieces Pork (loin steak)
  • 1 Kakakuriko, salt and pepper, oil
  • 1 Raw vegetables for garnish (cabbage, daikon radish, cucumber etc)

Directions

    Make incisions in the pork sinew, sprinkle salt and pepper, and coat with katakuriko.
