  • 2 c. (16 oz.) small-curd cottage cheese
  • 1 c. cubed process cheese (Velveeta)
  • 3/4 c. egg substitute
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, cubed
  • 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
