- 2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 2 cans chilies
- 4 plus fresh jalapenos
- 2 large onions
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1/4 c. oil or 1 stick margarine
- 2 lb. Velveeta
- cayenne to taste
Directions

1Place first three ingredients in blender or food processor. Blend well.

2Chop onions and garlic.

3Saute in hot oil or margarine.

4Mix in Ro-Tel mixture and simmer about 15 minutes to reduce liquid.

5Gradually add Velveeta.

6Serve warm or cold with tortilla chips or raw vegetables.
