  • 1/8 cup yellow onion, chopped fine
  • 3 jalapeno peppers, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
