- 3 c. Presto flour
- 1 lb. Ricotta
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 3 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Mix together flour, Ricotta, milk and eggs until fully mixed and stiff.

2Add sugar and vanilla.

3Make a ball, drop into hot oil and brown to golden color.

4Drain on brown paper to absorb grease. Shake confectioners sugar on Ricotta balls when cool.

5Put in tin to keep fresh.
